Position Overview

RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with expertise in AppSheet to join our growing team. If you are a problem-solver with a knack for low-code/no-code platforms and enjoy supporting and troubleshooting smart business solutions, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications.
• Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and automation.
• Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability.
• Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic.
• Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.

• Working Schedule: Full-Time, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Night shift for PH-based applicants).
