Candidates should have experience in Customer Experience as a Product specialist or QA Specialist, with the ability to analyze support responses at scale. Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively and work independently are essential. Familiarity with Notion's product, QA platforms with LLM-powered systems, knowledge base management, conversational design best practices, and AI prompt engineering are considered nice-to-haves.
The AI QA Specialist will perform routine, structured QA reviews of AI support interactions across chat and email for accuracy. They will validate and improve AutoQA scoring and metrics, translate QA findings into recommendations for conversational design and the CX knowledge base, and partner with User Operations and CX leadership. Responsibilities also include monitoring and reporting on trends, gaps, and opportunities, conducting weekly QA reviews and reporting, and supporting an internal QA Ambassador program.
