Candidates must possess C2 level French proficiency and a minimum C1 English proficiency, ideally C1 or C2. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a corporate or business environment is required, along with prior experience in linguistic QA, data annotation for NLP/AI projects, or ESL/EFL teaching, editing, or copyediting. The role also requires the ability to follow linguistic and situational writing prompts, excellent written communication and coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail to spot grammar and structure issues. Comfort reviewing structured data and providing actionable feedback to annotators is necessary. Experience with creating and tracking timelines, milestones, and status reports is a plus, as is familiarity with error tagging systems and knowledge of the CPG industry or retail products.
The Quality Analyst Project Coordinator will review and audit labeled datasets for text and image content to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines. They will document and share feedback with individual labelers, identify and mitigate quality performance issues, and communicate quality trends to the customer, calibrating on instructions and edge cases. Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated responses for correctness and relevance, applying Consumer Packaged Goods domain knowledge for product classification, and collaborating with teams to update workflows and improve quality. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, generating responses with intentional errors, participating in calibration sessions, and adapting quickly to evolving guidelines and AI model updates. Ensuring documentation remains up-to-date is also a key duty.
