Responsibilities

Ship world class features with world class experiences to customers, including for functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation
Deeply understand customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge
Serve as the designer on product initiatives
Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs
Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback
Conduct and lead user research on design initiatives
Participate in and lead design sprints
Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up and contribute great work
Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs, with a focus on AI and ML in an enterprise environment
Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements
Develop relationships with stakeholders across the org and own the end product quality from early design to final in-product deliverables
