Responsibilities

  • Ship world class features with world class experiences to customers, including for functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation
  • Deeply understand customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge
  • Serve as the designer on product initiatives
  • Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs
  • Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback
  • Conduct and lead user research on design initiatives
  • Participate in and lead design sprints
  • Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up and contribute great work
  • Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs, with a focus on AI and ML in an enterprise environment
  • Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the org and own the end product quality from early design to final in-product deliverables
