Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, systems thinking, and cross-platform execution
  • Experience solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking
  • History of close collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and analytical skills to advocate for and support research
  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and present concept pitches
  • Ability to collaborate and inform open-ended design projects
  • Deep knowledge and experience across various design approaches, methodologies, and prototyping

  • Drive the design vision for Acrobat x Express, aligning user needs with Adobe’s business goals and technology roadmap
  • Prototype & validate ideas using high-fidelity prototypes and design artifacts
  • Develop and evolve scalable design systems
  • Explore and integrate emerging tools like Generative AI
  • Mentor and influence designers across teams
  • Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and executives to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Advocate for user needs and influence product strategy
  • Share work and thought leadership internally and externally
