Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term design vision and strategy for major, cross-functional product domains within the FloQast platform
Define and deliver the next generation of seamlessly embedded AI capabilities across the product suite
Act as the principal designer translating complex AI capabilities and enterprise requirements into intuitive, high-trust, and scalable experiences
Architect Design Vision and Roadmap: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to define the product roadmap and architecture
Elevate Quality and Consistency at Scale: Set the bar for design quality across the entire platform
Champion Strategic User Empathy: Design and lead high-impact research initiatives to deepen the organization's understanding of users' unmet needs
