Responsibilities

  • Work alongside senior leadership team to establish, prioritize, and execute Spendesk's internal AI productivity strategy
  • Personally architect, prototype, and implement AI-enhanced solutions (including AI agents) alongside business, operations, and product teams
  • Directly set up, customize, and refine AI and no-code platforms (e.g., DUST, n8n, Cargo, Gemini, Modjo, Intercom) to resolve operational challenges
  • Conduct analyses to pinpoint operational inefficiencies, automation potential, and growth opportunities enabled by internal AI implementation
  • Create actionable insights from data and user input, and define metrics to monitor adoption, process acceleration, and cost optimization
  • Create and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and comprehensive documentation to develop team capabilities and promote AI proficiency
  • Act as an internal champion and guide, supporting employees in understanding and utilizing AI within their responsibilities
  • Work with IT and security teams to ensure safe, compliant, and responsible AI tool deployment
  • Drive internal tool optimization through thorough assessment of constraints and improvement opportunities, reducing overlap and maintaining careful procurement practices for new solutions
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation, securing alignment and support throughout the process
  • Develop strong organizational relationships to gather input, resolve issues, and maximize business value
