The AI Engagement Manager will collaborate with global brands and agencies to revolutionize creative workflows using AI-powered content services, emphasizing AI-first experimentation and expertise in AI models. They will lead large-scale creative and marketing operations transformations, develop strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders by showcasing knowledge in AI solutions and digital tactics, and proactively manage customer issues with mitigation strategies. The role involves building trust, confidence, and advocacy, establishing executive communication cadences, and formulating GenAI and digital transformation strategies. Responsibilities include defining use cases, building requirements for engineers and architects, leading solution configuration and deployment, driving adoption, and ensuring business value realization. The manager will lead workshops to identify impactful GenAI opportunities, build scalable frameworks for AI integration, develop proof-of-concept implementations, articulate vision to C-suite executives, establish success metrics, secure ongoing dedication, monitor implementation progress, adjust strategies to overcome adoption barriers, and drive solution adoption through enablement sessions and demonstrations.
