Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer with demonstrated programming ability in a common language. Professional experience using AI solutions like Cursor or GitHub Copilot for software development is required, along with experience working remotely with global teams. Fluent English communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience operating independently under strict deadlines are essential. Experience conducting technical interviews, project/product/program management, and working in a high-growth startup environment are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer will develop high-quality technical interview questions for AI-enabled engineering workflows, serving as the senior representative in cross-functional content prioritization discussions. Responsibilities include owning continuous process and system improvements in AI solutions for content, partnering with stakeholders on content prioritization, and producing complex interview content with extensive codebases and design exercises. They will also partner with Content Designers to develop new content formats enabling generative AI use in interviews, author new technical interview questions, and mentor other Content Development Engineers through peer reviews and feedback integration.
