As an AI Program Delivery Manager, you will act as part of the account team, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure successful customer adoption of Writer, defining and owning a comprehensive delivery plan across all workstreams mapped to the customer’s success blueprint. You will collaborate with customers on program planning, hold cross-functional teams accountable to the plan for key deliverables and milestones, proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting customer adoption, and develop and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle.
