Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a STEM-related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in a SaaS Software environment, including Customer Success, Consulting, Professional Services, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles. A foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence, specifically Conversational AI, is also required.
As an AI Consultant, you will drive customer adoption and renewal of Glia’s AI features, empower customers through training initiatives, implement AI products on time and within budget, ensure clients achieve desired business impact, establish credibility as an AI subject matter expert, provide pre-sales consultancy, analyze AI performance metrics and offer data-driven recommendations, assist clients with prompt engineering and Generative AI, serve as a technical advisor for AI-related inquiries, offer guidance on Virtual Assistant best practices, collaborate with product and engineering teams, document client processes, and contribute to overall client success.
