CSC Generation is building the next-generation AI operating system for retail, aiming to automate manual processes, streamline complex operations, and empower teams to focus on high-leverage work. We are seeking an AI & Workflow Automation Manager to operationalize this vision. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of lightweight automation workflows and custom GPT-based tools to transform operations across marketing, eCommerce, customer experience, merchandising, and finance. You will work directly with brand executives, functional leaders, and CSC platform teams to rapidly implement automation solutions. This position reports to the CEO of one of CSC’s portfolio brands.
This is a hands-on builder role that directly supports CSC’s company-wide initiative to embed automation into every department. The systems you design will free up teams to focus on strategy, creativity, and growth by automating tasks like customer service emails and streamlining reporting and approvals. You’ll work on meaningful challenges with executive sponsorship, gain visibility across brands, and shape the future of work across a platform generating hundreds of millions in revenue.
