Position Overview

CSC Generation is building the next-generation AI operating system for retail, aiming to automate manual processes, streamline complex operations, and empower teams to focus on high-leverage work. We are seeking an AI & Workflow Automation Manager to operationalize this vision. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of lightweight automation workflows and custom GPT-based tools to transform operations across marketing, eCommerce, customer experience, merchandising, and finance. You will work directly with brand executives, functional leaders, and CSC platform teams to rapidly implement automation solutions. This position reports to the CEO of one of CSC’s portfolio brands.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Lead automation initiatives using platforms like n8n.io and ChatGPT Custom GPTs to eliminate repetitive, manual work.
  • Build and deploy end-to-end workflows spanning tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, email, and custom databases, triggered by structured inputs or AI-generated outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, map workflows, and develop automation candidates.
  • Prototype rapidly and iterate faster, shipping working automation MVPs within days, not months.
  • Educate and empower teams to adopt and scale automations through documentation, training, and usage dashboards.
  • Continuously improve platform tooling by standardizing and evolving internal libraries of reusable automations and GPTs.
  • Report on outcomes, tracking time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 3–6 years of experience in product operations, technical operations, internal tools, or automation enablement.
  • Hands-on experience building workflow automations using tools like n8n.io, Zapier, Make.com, Retool, or similar.
  • Deep fluency with generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
  • Strong grasp of business operations and the ability to rapidly map and optimize workflows.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs) into cohesive flows.
  • Comfortable with light scripting, API calls, or working with low-code platforms.
  • Strong communicator capable of translating business needs into functional automation specifications.
  • A mindset of experimentation, velocity, and constant improvement.
