Requirements

Strong grasp of business operations and experience integrating multiple systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs) into cohesive flows are also required, along with comfort with light scripting, API calls, or working with low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

The AI & Workflow Automation Manager will lead automation initiatives using platforms like n8n.io and ChatGPT Custom GPTs to eliminate repetitive, manual work, build and deploy end-to-end workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and develop automation candidates, prototype and iterate rapidly, educate and empower teams to adopt and scale automations, continuously improve platform tooling by standardizing and evolving internal libraries of reusable automations and GPTs, and report on outcomes—tracking time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.
