Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B). A working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories is required, along with familiarity with modern SaaS architecture. Experience with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP is desirable, and 3+ years working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and high EQ are a must. Residence in the São Paulo region is preferred, and flexibility for 25% travel is necessary. A BA/BS or global equivalent with 8 years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Advisory Solutions Engineer will actively participate in the sales process, partnering with sales teams to discover and understand customer requirements and align SailPoint's solutions accordingly. Responsibilities include presenting SailPoint's business functions, value, and competitive differences, providing product demonstrations, assisting with RFP responses, and participating in Proof of Value evaluations. The role also involves providing feedback to Product Management on product enhancements and communicating the business value of SailPoint to clients outside of IT.
