The Advisory Solution Consultant will act as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and expertise to customers during sales engagements. They will partner with sales, solution consulting, and the ServiceNow ecosystem to drive customer success through thought leadership. Key responsibilities include creating innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow Security Operations, reviewing customer security architectures, responding to customer questions, and developing sales campaigns focused on SecOps. The role also involves contributing to solution showcases, enhancing ServiceNow products with new capabilities, configuring solution environments, and supporting marketing events.
