Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required, along with a proven ability to collaborate with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts, are also necessary. Travel may be required.
The Solution Consultant will support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, guiding revenue for specific products. This role involves leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, delivering product demonstrations, and answering technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues. The consultant will also provide feedback to product management on product enhancements, share best practices with other Solution Consultants, and stay current on competitive analysis. Additionally, they will support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
