Candidates must have at least 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience and proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions. Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required, along with experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Territory management skills, including pipeline building, are also necessary.
The Solution Consultant will act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales, developing and positioning product-specific solutions during sales cycles to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, demonstrating the product to align with customer needs, answering technical questions, providing feedback to product management on enhancements, sharing best practices with other consultants, and supporting marketing events.
