Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Candidates must possess strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills. A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential. Familiarity with SAP, Inquiry Database, Excel, SharePoint, Genesys, FET Sales Force, MS Teams, and MyCoke is beneficial. Experience with order management and customer service processes within CCNA PSS is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Advisor, Customer Service Freestyle provides dedicated support to customers and business partners by processing orders and inquiries, utilizing order management systems to resolve issues within established service level agreements. Key activities include acting as a single point of contact, documenting customer issues and resolutions, managing customer orders to meet requested arrival dates while minimizing costs, evaluating credit requests, and handling customer expedite requests. The role also involves understanding performance metrics, resolving order issues for MyCoke customers, identifying trends, recommending system and process improvements, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
