  • Formation en commerce international ou une école de commerce spécialisée à l'international
  • Anglais: lu, parlé, écrit
  • Espagnol: lu, écrit (autres langues bienvenues)
  • Expérience en administration des ventes à l’export avec sensibilisation sur les licences d’exportation appréciée, et/ou dans l’organisation de transport de matériels dangereux et/ou dans les crédits documentaires
  • Qualité rédactionnelle
  • Connaissance des outils bureautiques
  • Connaissance et utilisation de SAP SD, DRM, FOXIT
  • Compétences comportementales: très bon relationnel, organisé, rigoureux, méthodique, ouvert à la nouveauté, savoir garder son calme, priorité au respect de la réglementation, s’adapter aux marchés étrangers (approche multiculturelle)
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements sur sites de production en Région Centre, ports et aéroports français, et à l’étranger

Responsibilities

  • Lire et analyser le contrat (en anglais ou en espagnol) et les documents s’y rattachant
  • Analyser la conformité du contrat avec les documents bancaires d’une part et les autorisations d’exportations nationales d’autre part
  • Analyser les conditions de mise en vigueur, organiser et suivre leur réalisation
  • Préparer et organiser la réunion de lancement du contrat après sa signature avec l’ensemble des intervenants de la société
  • Valider la recevabilité des documents obligatoires pour l’expédition et le paiement
  • Mettre en œuvre le suivi adéquat du contrat
  • Préparer et remettre les dossiers de paiement, relancer les impayés
