Responsibilities

Customer response within Aptiv's internal systems
Coordinating containment activities to prevent non-conforming material shipment to the customer
Root cause analysis using problem-solving tools and analysis
Ensuring corrective actions are measured and verified through capacity studies or trend analysis
Performing internal plant performance monitoring for corrective actions to prevent customer reports
Attend Customer Reporting Meetings (calls, customer complaints) to communicate productive area reports
Ensuring customer requirements and their proliferation
Generate and deploy methods for inspections based on quality problems
Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings for customer feedback
Update customer trends and tasks through customer reports on the floor
Maintain auditable documentation
Contact Aptiv representative in the customer's location
Coordinate inspections in Aptiv's and the entire supply chain's customer locations
