Requirements

  • Proven experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing real estate acquisitions
  • Extensive contact base within the property and real estate sector
  • Demonstrated success in delivering a high-volume acquisition programme
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate investment opportunities clearly and persuasively
  • Track record of securing favourable lease terms on behalf of occupiers
  • RICS qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Degree (2:2 or higher) preferred
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities across all levels
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new site opportunities in line with the company’s expansion strategy
  • Lead negotiations for lease terms and agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for the business
  • Manage/ oversee a number of projects at any one time from commencement to launch
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate sector to support acquisition goals
  • Present investment opportunities and acquisition proposals to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Collaborate with planning, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth progression from acquisition to delivery
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive acquisition initiatives and implement change effectively
