The candidate must be highly motivated with strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills. They should be eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing company, possessing the qualifications to adapt the ServiceNow Global Partner Organization mission and transformational operating model principles. Experience in territory planning, account planning, forecasting, business development techniques, and field-based sales activities is necessary. The ability to accelerate license consumption and adapt to challenging scenarios is also a requirement.
The Global Partner Leader will be responsible for generating net new sales revenue with Genpact across AMS, EMEA, and APAC markets. This includes providing sales leadership to the Area Vice President Global Partnerships and Channels team to drive new business sales via 'sell-to', 'sell with', and 'sell through' motions. Responsibilities also involve engaging with the ServiceNow ecosystem, collaborating with global-regional partner alliance members, driving the unified partnership program, achieving sales quotas, aligning offerings with regional GTM plans, educating Field AEs on partnership differentiation, qualifying and executing new sales opportunities, conducting research on Genpact's needs, supporting prospect qualification, building the ServiceNow practice with Genpact beyond Cloud and Infrastructure, scaling the ServiceNow business into key industry verticals of Genpact, and navigating the Horizontal Service Line structure to explore new business avenues.
