Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Managen van Brokerresultaten op basis van KPI’s (zoals omzet, winstgevendheid, conversie, rente en commissies) en initiëren van gerichte acties om deze te verbeteren
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke, duurzame relaties met Brokers op alle niveaus, van directie tot operationeel
  • Dagelijks opvolgen en begeleiden van aanvragen van aanvraag tot boeking, snel oplossen van incidenten en aandragen van procesverbeteringen
  • Sparren met de Partnermanager om de propositie te versterken en te bewaken
  • Organiseren van kwartaalgesprekken en rapportages met Brokers en het management
