Good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities

Manage partner relationships based on established KPIs (revenue, conversion, satisfaction, etc.) and take effective action accordingly, both internally and externally
Manage and expand relationships with partners to optimize collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact and be readily available to address ad-hoc issues
Regularly visit partner locations (every month) to build relationships and contribute to monthly and quarterly meetings with partner management
Train new sales team members and elevate the knowledge level of existing staff
Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
Work closely with the Partner Manager to oversee all aspects of the partnership
