Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience within the automotive sector and/or account management
  • Hbo work-and-thinking level
  • Good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport at various levels (management and executive)
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a willingness to take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner relationships based on established KPIs (revenue, conversion, satisfaction, etc.) and take effective action accordingly, both internally and externally
  • Manage and expand relationships with partners to optimize collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and be readily available to address ad-hoc issues
  • Regularly visit partner locations (every month) to build relationships and contribute to monthly and quarterly meetings with partner management
  • Train new sales team members and elevate the knowledge level of existing staff
  • Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Partner Manager to oversee all aspects of the partnership
