They must demonstrate entrepreneurial instincts, the ability to understand strategy and connect it to operations, a passion for sales roles involving C-Level executives, and the capacity to articulate business cases and value propositions to such executives. Furthermore, candidates are required to be based in the general vicinity of the job posting.
As an Account Partner, the individual will be responsible for achieving team quarterly and annual sales goals, generating new opportunities, winning new business, and managing executive-level relationships with emerging biotechnology companies. They will also be expected to understand and execute sales cycles, utilize internal and external resources, keep current with industry trends, and engage customers in addressing their business challenges, while acting with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer success.
