Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in account management, business development, or a commercial role, and experience working within the Retail and/or Pharmacy industry. They should be an experienced negotiator with the ability to drive mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo.
The Retail Account Manager will manage relationships with top Retail/Non-food partners, becoming the expert in this space as Deliveroo scales. They will drive partner performance through proactive reporting, meetings, and reviews, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and devise solutions to address issues. The role involves managing marketing and promotional planning, ensuring a strong value proposition for customers, and working closely with compliance, legal, and operations. Additionally, they will own the execution of site roll-outs and represent Deliveroo across partner organizations.
Online food delivery connecting customers and restaurants
Deliveroo connects customers with a variety of restaurants through its online food delivery service. Customers can place orders via the Deliveroo website or mobile app, which are sent to partner restaurants for preparation. Once the food is ready, Deliveroo's network of delivery riders brings it directly to the customer's home.
