Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure BD opportunities in MV Power Industries through thorough market analysis, effective pipeline management, and strategic contract negotiations
  • Drive complex projects in epoxy insulation components and condenser bushing systems, providing technical support to clients
  • Build multi-tier client partnerships through strategic negotiation, operational coordination, and technical collaboration
  • Partner with R&D, Operations, and Finance to align resources for global key accounts (GKA)
  • Present business cases to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
  • Work with cross functional team closely for order fulfillment
  • Involve in the market development for new projects
  • Multi-tasking, detail-orientation and able to work independently
