The role involves collaborating with network engineers, field technicians, and vendors to support infrastructure upgrades and expansions, as well as working with installation technicians for commissioning power equipment.
A strong candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience with telecom-grade power systems, strong troubleshooting skills, relevant certifications like OSHA 10/30 or NFPA 70E, and preferred skills in remote monitoring, SQL, and MS Office.
