Responsibilities

Provide Third Tier support for Power System Projects, including working with installation technicians to commission power equipment and systems
Maintain accurate post project documentation of power systems, configurations, and maintenance activities
Collaborate with network engineers, field technicians, and vendors to support infrastructure upgrades and expansions
Troubleshoot DC power systems, rectifiers, inverters, and battery backup units
Monitor and support power infrastructure at telecom sites including central offices, cell towers, and data centers
Respond to power-related alarms and outages, ensuring minimal service disruption
Conduct site audits, power capacity assessments, and develop specific scopes of work
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and telecom power standards (e.g., NEBS, IEEE, Telcordia)
