Requirements

  • Related previous sales experience required
  • Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
  • Post-secondary education considered an asset
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships
  • Well-developed sales/presentation skills in PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through various methods of communications
  • Identify potential new clients and develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Frequent communication with new and existing customers to ensure full quality and satisfaction
  • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
  • Ability to conduct presentations or demonstrations remotely
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events
  • Work closely with local Service departments as well as the National Business Development Management and Team to ensure they are informed on business activities and issues
  • Extensive travel within US to meet with branches and/or clients
  • Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
