Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with 4 years of sales experience)
  • 3 years of experience in field sales
  • Experience with Oil & Gas facilities and pipeline system designs
  • Knowledge of composite and reinforced thermoplastic pipes (RTPs)
  • Desired qualifications
  • More than 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience working with operators in key North America basins like the Permian
  • Experience working with pipelines, facilities, or oil & gas production operations

Responsibilities

  • Executing on sales force effectiveness, productivity, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives and forecasting for business reviews
  • Training and driving adoption of CRM systems for pipeline development and quoting
  • Cleaning and maintaining data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.)
  • Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used
  • Managing complex sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent and operations and maintenance
  • Handling important business unit clients and closing contracts with strategic customers
  • Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth
  • Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives
  • Develops midterm vision for the growth and development of the sales function to support business objectives
  • Major contributor to the strategic plan for growth of the Flexible Pipe Systems business unit
