Account Manager - Angle Health

Position Overview

Angle Health is a digital-first, data-driven health plan committed to making healthcare more accessible, transparent, and easy to navigate. We are seeking an Account Manager to own the renewal business for our employer groups and partners. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and continuously improve the product. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for employer administrators and brokers, providing education and support.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the initiation of client and internal meetings, facilitate discussions, and gather critical information from clients and producers.
• Oversee the timing of deliverables.
• Be accountable for member group escalations related to claims and eligibility.
• Create and maintain workstream project plans, status reports, and documentation, including decisions, risks, issues, and change control.
• Collaborate across workstreams, understanding interdependencies and schedule implications.
• Utilize critical thinking to proactively assess risks, prioritize issues, and manage work based on impact.
• Communicate effectively and concisely with stakeholders.
• Creatively problem-solve and identify process improvements to drive operational excellence.
• Prepare and present quarterly reports for business reviews.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $87,500 per year. Actual base salary will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as internal equity.
