Willingness to travel within Victoria and Tasmania, including occasional overnight stays
Responsibilities
Manage customer base and build relationships through professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge
Introduce new product offerings to existing customers
Partner with customers to implement best practice processes
Provide outstanding customer service, educate customers on ways to improve their patient outcomes and be relied upon as a specialist
Apply training to service and trouble-shoot related equipment
Demonstrate the use/application of products in customer facilities
