Position Overview

Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts within your scope, securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities, and accurate forecasting while maintaining strong customer relationships. Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer industries, businesses, markets, and clusters. Partner with Customer Success and other relevant teams to create and execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs). Collect, analyze, and escalate Voice of Customer feedback as appropriate. Expand your customer network to identify new budget holders and escalate product needs and trends.

Requirements

  • Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in the target scope.
  • Solid understanding of the data analytics industry, business models, products, services, and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and their interdependencies impacting customers.
  • Adaptability to different market, account, technical needs, language, and specific system knowledge.
