Grow Therapy is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Business Analytics to lead a team of business data analysts. This role will drive insight, clarity, and performance across the company by partnering deeply with cross-functional teams including Operations, Tech, Partnerships, Provider Experience, Growth, Clinical Excellence, and Finance. The ideal candidate will develop analytical tools to guide decision-making, accelerate company performance, and is a structured thinker, technical enough to dive deep, and experienced in building and coaching high-performing teams.
Strong Bonus: Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field (e.g., provider operations, value-based care, health tech SaaS).
Note: Base compensation will vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and candidate's working location.
