Candidates should possess at least four years of experience managing a data team, demonstrating strong decision-making capabilities that balance the needs of the business and the team. Experience specializing in sales, marketing, or finance data and partnering closely with stakeholders is preferred.
As the Data Analytics Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You will prioritize ad-hoc and planned cross-functional work, execute on planning through creation of a roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics work by allocating resources effectively. You will translate high-level business goals into actionable team objectives and individual contributions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, and serve as a bridge between senior leadership and the team. Additionally, you will standardize the team’s operations and improve key team metrics, scale our data technology stack by managing data sets into our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool, and may be required to perform stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
