Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for potential customers with at least 50 employees in the Antwerp region for social secretariat, consulting, and prevention & well-being services
  • Hand over ongoing customer follow-up to a regional office after onboarding and focus on acquiring new customers
  • Systematically listen to customer needs and translate them, in consultation with operational services, into integrated solutions
  • Ensure regional customer satisfaction in collaboration with operational services and play a key role in complaint management (quality system)
  • Network actively and, together with colleagues, carry out marketing actions targeting specific sectors
  • Stay up-to-date with market and field-specific developments and respond proactively
  • Report to the sales manager, monitor implemented policies, and help achieve objectives and indicators
