Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and have a minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience in the Fintech or Payment space. Proficiency in Google Suite and sales tech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required. A proven record of exceeding targets in outbound B2B sales and experience selling solutions in target verticals including e-commerce, marketplaces, and SaaS/Technology is essential. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will implement a multithreaded outbound sales approach for prospecting leads and creating business connections. They will own the outbound sales process from end-to-end and become an expert in all aspects of the Airwallex platform and solutions. The role involves clearly communicating the challenges in the cross-border payments industry and the value of Airwallex solutions, negotiating partnership agreements and commercial contracts, and helping to craft and redesign processes for scalability. Additionally, the Account Executive will set the standard for the SME sales function and work collaboratively within the team.
