Candidates should possess 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, with a preference for expertise in cloud, databases, business intelligence software, data warehousing, and SaaS. They must demonstrate a proven ability to independently develop, manage, and close new client relationships at the CxO level within Public Sector organizations, along with an extensive and reliable network of key decision-makers and partners. Furthermore, candidates should have deep knowledge of how Public Sector organizations procure and implement technology solutions, and a track record of building substantial business with Public Sector clients ($3m+ ARR).
As an Account Executive, Public Sector, SLED at Snowflake, the individual will develop strategic relationships, identify and close new business opportunities within Public Sector organizations, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers at the highest levels. They will challenge the customer’s status quo, propose solutions aligned with their digital transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with marketing and partners to drive revenue growth. The role also involves monitoring changes in employment legislation, developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, and proactively building a business from scratch in new customer fields.
