EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims. Our products assist law firms in achieving faster settlements, higher payouts, and improved outcomes for those in need. We are seeking an Account Executive to implement and refine our sales strategies, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their pipeline and results, and is eager to contribute to EvenUp's sales team development.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct 30 cold calls daily with the objective of securing 3 self-sourced meetings weekly.
  • Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
  • Travel to industry events and conferences to connect with key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing an end-to-end sales process, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to maintaining data hygiene and effectively utilizing available tools and resources.
