Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, or have at least 2 years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, durable medical equipment, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical setting. Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment, such as an RRT, is preferred. Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business or managing budgets is required, along with demonstrated strategic selling skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills are essential, and a valid driver's license is mandatory. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also necessary.
The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care, and long-term care facilities. They will develop and implement strategic territory sales plans for Baxter's Respiratory Health products, programs, and services, while managing both clinical and financial aspects of accounts. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales quotas, prospecting for new business, communicating Baxter's competitive differentiation to drive sales, and completing company reports and projects accurately and on time. The role also requires understanding and complying with company and regulatory policies.
