EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to assisting personal injury victims across various case types, from motor vehicle accidents to child abuse. Our innovative products enable law firms to achieve faster settlements, higher payouts, and improved outcomes for clients in need. We are seeking an Ohio-based Account Executive to develop and implement our sales strategy, from initial lead generation through to closing deals. This role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, takes ownership of their pipeline, and is driven to achieve results. EvenUp is committed to supporting the professional growth and development of its sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct a minimum of 30 outbound cold calls daily to generate at least 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
  • Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person, focusing on relationship building and showcasing product value.
  • Travel to industry events and conferences to engage with key law firm decision-makers and close business.
  • Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing an end-to-end sales process, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • A team player with a competitive drive.
  • Commitment to maintaining data hygiene and effectively utilizing available tools and resources.
