Candidates should have demonstrated experience leading an end to end sales process, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. They must have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, along with solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is being self driven and results-oriented, and a team player with a competitive spirit. Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources is also necessary.
The Account Executive will own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting and conducting 30+ cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week. They will spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person, building relationships and demonstrating the product’s value, traveling to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals, and consistently being in communication with other cross-functional members of the team.
