About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Senior Account Executive based in India. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI technology and its transformative potential for businesses. This role involves partnering with enterprises to help them create new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale using our breakthrough voice technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts within the Customer Experience and Conversational AI Experiences sectors to meet ElevenLabs' revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs’ product offering and roadmap.
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Conversational AI industry.
  • Track KPI and sales performance, providing weekly updates to the ElevenLabs team.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to build a plan to quota, including first sales and upsells from Net New Logo (NNL) accounts.
  • Experience in building a new category, company, or product in a space with previously no penetration.
  • 7-11 years of experience in value selling a technology product, preferably in Customer Experience and Customer Engagement, to clients with a global footprint.
  • Ability to generate self-led pipeline within a target list of accounts.
  • Strong networking skills.
