Experience in cross-functional teams is also required, along with a desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
The Account Executive is responsible for growing and owning a targeted account list and developing a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies. This role involves managing the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers, and meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets. The Account Executive will also continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development representatives, and management of inbound prospects, while keeping the CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
