The Support function’s goal is to deliver exceptional service by developing professional relationships with partners and their customers, providing proactive and reactive communication and account management.

What You’ll Do:

• Tackle Support Requests: Handle a high volume of support requests (primarily via tickets) with speed and precision, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
• Solve Payroll & Tax Issues: Dive deep into payroll and tax questions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
• Provide Support & Confidence: Build trust by bringing empathy, ownership, and transparency to every interaction.
• Utilize Communication Channels: Employ both written communication and, when necessary, real-time phone conversations to resolve complex issues.
• Escalate Effectively: Know when to involve teammates, escalate issues, and utilize phone communication for live problem-solving.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate communication and cooperation between teams, including Engineering and the Tax team.
