  • Cultivating and managing relationships with executives and entrepreneurs.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders in Product, Legal, Compliance, and Delivery.
  • Defining solutions that empower customers.
  • Originating new customer opportunities.
  • Responding to inbound opportunities.
  • Shepherding deals from opening through to contract and closing stage.
  • Generating and closing new opportunities.
  • Supporting the Account Director in setting the strategic vision for the business.
  • Identifying, closing, and onboarding new customers.
  • Managing the back-end of the sales process (e.g., SFDC, modeling, internal approvals).
  • Qualifying leads and prioritizing customer opportunities.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic prospects.
  • Managing real customer opportunities through a sales process.
