The Account Executive, Existing Business will manage a funnel of existing customers to identify expansion opportunities through additional features and products. They will proactively connect with customers, offering recommendations on how to better utilize Jobber to drive their success and increase Jobber's revenue, primarily by encouraging subscription upgrades or the adoption of online payment software. The role involves consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, communicating and collaborating with various departments to provide feedback on initiatives, products, and campaigns, and tracking key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
