A strategic mindset is required to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, alongside strong prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting skills. Domain knowledge in solution selling, particularly for ITSM, IT infrastructure, or EX platforms, is essential, as is a collaborative, analytical, and customer-first approach.
The Account Executive will drive growth by closing complex sales deals and owning new strategic enterprise accounts, while also strengthening relationships with existing customers.
