Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry within the Federal space. Consultative sales experience is required, along with the ability to build and collaborate on strong relationships within the internal and external ecosystem. Excellent communication and analytical skills are also necessary, as is a thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends.

Responsibilities

The Services Account Executive will manage opportunities for Expert Services and Success Services within strategic accounts, coordinating with license sales teams and partners to achieve high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring proposals are properly sized and scoped for successful project delivery, driving rollout and deployment plans for all licensed ServiceNow products, and structuring services proposals for predictable and timely revenue recognition with minimal risk. The role involves acting as the primary customer contact for services, leading engagement negotiations, positioning services appropriately, identifying new business opportunities, driving client references, and exceeding services sales quotas. Additionally, the executive will provide project mobilization support, develop business development plans for underperforming accounts, and ensure successful transitions to the Delivery organization.
