Candidates must have 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts, upselling & cross-selling, and uncovering customer pain points is required. Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, territory management, business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to C-Suite are necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to make technical concepts accessible, and a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management, are essential. Candidates should be resilient, self-motivated, curious, coachable, and proficient in Salesforce. Experience with MEDDPPICC, Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator & Outreach is preferred. Willingness to travel within the region is also required.
The Account Executive will manage a territory with target-accounts and an existing book of business, focusing on hunting new business opportunities and driving growth within the Commercial sector. Responsibilities include upselling into the existing account base, leveraging Extended Access Management Identity, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking. They will design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas, maintaining a high volume of outbound activity, and identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
