Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on Commercial accounts. Fluency in both German and English is required, both verbally and in writing, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including achieving President’s Club and top-of-stack rankings. Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to upward management, upselling and cross-selling, and uncovering customer pain points is also essential. Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, coupled with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing, are expected. Strong business acumen, relationship building skills, solution selling, negotiation abilities, and presenting skills to C-Suite executives are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various communication tools, including email and Slack, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, are required. Resilience, self-motivation, and a commitment to consistently achieving targets in a remote environment are also important. Curiosity and a coachable attitude, combined with the ability to apply feedback and continuously improve, are valued.
As an Account Executive, you will manage a territory encompassing target accounts and an existing book of business with companies ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 employees, focusing on hunting new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. You will also be responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
