Candidates need 7–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in infrastructure, ML/AI, or developer-focused platforms, a track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing six- and seven-figure deals, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
